Phoenix Woman Will Receive Free Body Contouring Procedure with Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa

After pairing up with a personal trainer to shed the pounds, April entered the Miss Health and Fitness 2019 competition for a $20,000 prize with the intent to undergo body contouring after weight loss.
