After performing nose jobs for 20 years, Dr. Ali and Dr. Tamir believe that your social and emotional maturity is far more important than your chronological age when deciding if you are ready for the procedure. They have performed rhinoplasty procedures on patients between the ages of 16 and 80, but in all cases they will only move forward with the procedure if they believe you are socially and emotionally mature enough to handle these major changes to your facial appearance.
