Dr. Ali Mosharrafa and Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa are board certified plastic surgeons who have been offering quality cosmetic procedures to patients in the Phoenix, AZ, area since 1996. Brothers Dr. Ali and Dr. Tamir know how important the value of family is and want their patients to feel valued in this way too.
