Specifically, the complementary consultation was very professional and Dr. Ali did a great job answering all my questions. Additionally, Hailey, who meets with all the patients regarding the details, did an outstanding job communicating all the details and alleviating some of my personal trepidations concerns, and made me feel very comfortable and secure. After my procedure was scheduled, then I had a very professional follow-up appointment to go over all the details of the procedure, what to expect in preparation. On the day of the procedure, I was very delighted with office staff and the professionalism of the entire team with my surgery. Additionally, my surgery required an all-night stay and the two nurses that I had during my stay did an outstanding job taking care of me. My recovery was quicker than anticipated and I was literally back to work within three days after my surgery, although they do recommend a little bit longer recovery, but I was quickly back to work doing phone and computer work while the swelling was decreasing and going away. Overall, Dr. Ali’s office under-promises and over-delivers on every single step of the process and I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend anyone meet with he and his team, as he is an outstanding surgeon and has a great team.”
